Information in the Knowledge Hub is stored in collections of related information.
This allows users to more quickly narrow their searches to find relevant information. For a guide to using the Collections Feature when you are searching on the Knowledge Hub, read the guide ‘Finding Information’.
Within each collection, related information is stored as an individual resource. Within that resource, you will find a range of information on a specific topic, including:
- Descriptive information
- Documents
- Images, videos and audio recordings
- Links to online resources
